Production and dispatch
Eligible straightforward prints can be ready in 1–2 days after approval. Custom design, complex pieces, finishing, and larger quantities receive an individual timeline. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. We’ll contact you if a project’s timing changes.
Inventory shipping
Inventory orders use flat shipping rates based on destination. The available rate is shown before you place an order. Multiple destinations or unusual delivery requirements may need a separate quote. Please check your delivery address before submitting an order.
Custom projects and international delivery
Shipping for a custom project is quoted according to the finished size, weight, packaging, and destination. International availability depends on the product and destination. Import duties or destination charges, where applicable, are separate from our shipping charge unless your quote states otherwise.
Local pickup
Pickup is available by arrangement in the Columbia, Missouri area. Choose pickup when available, or request it in your quote. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready and a pickup time and location have been agreed.
A problem with your order?
Contact loothaven3d@gmail.com or (573) 319-3199 with your order number and photos as soon as you notice damage, a missing item, or a production issue. Keep the packaging until we’ve reviewed the problem. We’ll work with you on the appropriate next step.
Standard-item returns
For an unused, non-personalized standard item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Items should be returned in their original condition with the included components. Original shipping and return shipping are normally the customer’s responsibility unless we supplied an incorrect or defective item.
Personalized and custom work
Personalized products and approved custom projects are made for your request, so change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable after production begins. If there is a fault or the work differs from the agreed specification, contact us so we can review it. These policies do not limit rights that apply by law.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Standard orders may be canceled before dispatch where production commitments allow. For custom work, the quote and approved scope determine charges for design, materials, samples, or production already completed.
