Standard shop orders
Standard inventory purchases are paid in full at checkout. Review the product description, selected options, quantity, delivery details, and order total before placing your order. The deposit and sample-approval process below applies to separately quoted custom commissions.
Personalized shop items
Check your wording, spelling, capitalization, and selected options before checkout. RPG personalization accepts up to 15 characters, including spaces. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; whether a change is possible depends on production progress.
Shipping, cancellations, returns, and damage
Our shipping and returns information covers delivery, pickup, cancellation requests, and problems with delivered items. Contact loothaven3d@gmail.com with your order reference and details so we can review the issue.
Custom commissions
Your quote defines the project
Every custom request is reviewed before acceptance. Your quote confirms the design scope, quantity, material, finish, sample or proof requirements, price, delivery method, and estimated schedule. Sending a request does not place an order or authorize a charge.
Deposit and balance
Unless your written quote says otherwise, a 25% deposit starts the agreed work. After you approve the agreed sample or proof, the remaining 75% is due before the approved production run or dispatch. We send payment instructions for each stage. Standard inventory purchases are paid in full at checkout.
Samples, proofs, and revisions
We agree in the quote whether you will review a digital proof, a physical sample, or another approval method. Check dimensions, text, colors, fit, and intended use carefully. The quote explains what design and sample work is included. Extra revisions or a change in scope may affect price and timing; we confirm those changes before proceeding.
Turnaround
Eligible straightforward prints can be ready in 1–2 days after the required approvals. Design work, complex or larger prints, finishing, and batches receive their own schedule. Delayed files, feedback, approvals, or payments can move the completion date.
Files and intended use
Provide files and references that you have permission to use, along with accurate dimensions and a description of the intended use. Tell us about loads, heat, outdoor exposure, required tolerances, and other important conditions. Material suitability and achievable details are reviewed as part of the quote.
Printed finish and personalization
3D-printed pieces may show layer lines, support marks, and small variations in color or finish. Personalized text is produced from the approved wording. Check spelling and capitalization before approval; the RPG custom-text option accepts up to 15 characters, including spaces.
Changes, cancellations, and issues
Please contact us promptly about changes or cancellations. Charges for completed design work, committed materials, samples, or production depend on the agreed quote. For an issue with a delivered item, see our shipping and returns information.
