Can I order just one piece?
Absolutely. The minimum order is one piece or one sample. You can start small, check the result, and discuss a larger run whenever you're ready.
What if I don't have a 3D file?
Send a sketch, a photo, or a description with approximate dimensions. We'll review what design and modeling work is needed and include it in your custom quote.
How quickly can you print my order?
Eligible prints can be ready in 1–2 days after file or design approval. Larger prints, custom design work, finishing, and production batches have individually quoted timelines. Shipping transit time is separate.
What materials can you use?
Material options depend on your design and intended use. Tell us about strength, flexibility, heat exposure, appearance, or any specific material you need. We'll confirm suitable options and availability before you order.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
Both. Shipping and pickup by arrangement are available. Inventory shipping is calculated from the applicable flat rate, while delivery for custom projects is included in your quote. International options depend on the item and destination.
