Where is Loot Haven 3D based?
Loot Haven 3D is based in Columbia, Missouri. Local pickup is available by arrangement; the pickup location and time are confirmed when your order is ready.
Can I have just one item printed?
Yes. The minimum can be one piece or one sample. Larger batches are quoted around the quantity and project requirements.
Do I need a finished 3D model?
No. You can start with a sketch, photo, measurements or description. The team reviews the design work needed before agreeing on a quote.
What affects the price of a custom 3D print?
Size, material, print time, quantity, CAD work, supports, assembly and finishing affect the quote. Send dimensions, intended use and a deadline so the team can review the complete project. See the custom printing cost guide.
Which files can I submit?
The quote form accepts STL, 3MF, STEP, STP, OBJ, ZIP, JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, with one file up to 5 MB. Use a shared file link for larger files or multiple references, and allow the team to view or download it.
How quickly can my print be ready?
Eligible straightforward prints can be ready in 1–2 days after approval. CAD design, complex prints, finishing and larger quantities receive a project-specific timeline. Shipping transit time is separate.
How do I choose a material?
Describe how the piece will be used, including heat, outdoor exposure, appearance and fit requirements. Material availability, suitability and cost are confirmed in the quote. Read the PLA and PETG comparison for a starting point.
